We do not sell heat pumps and we do not install them. Every service below exists to put measured engineering between you and a sales quote — whether you are a homeowner starting out, an architect specifying a system, or an installer who needs the design done properly.

Independent Heat Pump Design
A fully inclusive room-by-room heat loss calculation, technical heat pump survey and complete air source heat pump system design. Then a vetted MCS installer builds it exactly as designed, grant paperwork included.

Already have quotes? We check the heat losses, the sizing, the flow temperature and the radiator schedule, then tell you plainly whose numbers stand up and which quote is actually right.

Outsourced Design for Installers
MCS-ready heat loss calculations and full system design, produced in Spruce or Heat Engineer and issued in your own name. For installers who would rather fit than spend evenings on paperwork.

WHAT THEY HAVE IN COMMON
No commission. No hardware. No stake in the answer.
We take nothing from installers or manufacturers, so a design that says “your existing radiators are fine” costs us exactly the same as one that says they are not. That is the whole point of paying an independent designer.
