We survey in person across Yorkshire and the north Midlands, and design remotely for the rest of England and Wales. Below are the areas with a dedicated page — but if your town is not listed, it does not mean we cannot help.

Each page covers the construction we actually meet there — gritstone in Craven, pit terraces in Barnsley, conservation-area stone in Otley — because form factor decides heat loss far more than floor area does.

Remote design covers England and Wales

Plenty of our design work never needs us on the doorstep. Where a survey is not practical, we work from your measurements, photographs, floor plans and EPC, and we tell you up front how confident we can be in the result. If the honest answer is “we need to see it”, we will say that instead of guessing.
