Not unless you book the call yourself. Our first reply is always by email; where a conversation would help, you choose the time through our online booking system. That’s a promise, not a preference.
Surveys and full designs run throughout England and Wales from our West Yorkshire base. Design reviews and plan-stage calculations are desktop-based, so location is no constraint at all.
Yes — choose “Trade / professional enquiry” under project stage and tell us about your requirements. We provide white-label calculations, plan-stage design and portfolio work; see the calculations service for scope.
It depends on property size and scope, so we quote after the desktop review — clearly, in writing, before you commit to anything. What we can promise now: no charge for the enquiry review, and no surprises after it.
